3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The customer wishes to return a new, non-defective item within the policy window
  • Damage, defect, or incorrect item issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery, if approved
  • The item is unused and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

Items must be in new condition. Used, assembled, altered, or installed products cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.

4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue and packaging
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions, which may include a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

Original outbound shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Non-defective returns: If your return is approved for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from your refund total.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If approved, we will provide return instructions and may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refunds and Replacements

  • After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will confirm whether a refund, replacement, or exchange applies
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval
  • If a replacement item is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • For non-defective returns, any approved refund will be reduced by the applicable restocking fee and any non-reimbursable return shipping costs

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective or non-defective products if the item meets the eligibility requirements in this policy. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved, if a return is required.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery for damage, defect, or incorrect item claims
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care items unless sealed and unused
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the order must follow the return process outlined in this policy

10. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
